College of Alameda New Center for Liberal Arts

ISI provided a full scope of testing and inspection services for the College of Alameda New Center for Liberal Arts – Increment 2. Currently under construction, the new 3 story, 53,000 SF building will feature a Type II-A non-combustible, protected construction, smart classrooms with energy efficient features, and will achieve a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
