ISI provided special inspection and materials testing services on an “as-needed” basis for this nine campus community college district. Projects included: the Alemany Campus elevator addition; FT. Mason Building B; Downtown campus sign installation, Phase I and II; the John Adams Campus gymnasium phase I seismic and remedial finish and parking lot repair, installation of the 600 series Temporary Facilities, and structural materials investigation of the existing structure; Chinatown Campus seismic investigation of the Columbo Building which includes concrete core taking and testing, reinforcing steel sample taking and testing, foundation exposure, NDT of wall, columns, and beam-to-column reinforcing; anchor proof load testing of ceiling wires for the Visual Arts Building, Diego Rivera Theater.
