ISI was selected to provide specialized materials testing and special inspection services for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME), an essential services facility. The project is funded by the Earthquake Safety and Emergency Response (ESER) Bond Program. ISI will coordinate with the SFPW Project Manager, Magdalena Ryor, PE, design consultants, contractor and the SF PW Materials Testing Laboratory.
For this important project, ISI assembled a winning team to provide the most qualified, multi-disciplined and responsive service. Can Çelik, PE, GE, will serve as ISI’s Project Manager and Andrew Falk will serve as lead special inspector. Combined with our team members, CM Pros, STRUCTUS and AMC Consulting Engineers, we feature 100 professional, technical and support personnel in the Bay Area.
The construction budget is approximately $37.5M for this two-story, 46,000 GSF facility. Construction should be completed by January 2017.
